Choc City boy, Ice Prince was in Kigali – Rwanda at the weekend where he performed at the closing ceremony of the week-long 8th Pan-African Dance Festival (FESPAD)2013.

He*was spotted hanging out with Jamaican Dancehall Maestro, Beenie Man. Ice Prince tweeted: Finally met King Beenie Man!!
