If you work five days a week, then there is no doubt that your weekend
is something very important to you. So, here is some good advice to
follow so that you can “rest” to the fullest before beginning work the
next week. It seems that two days are not nearly enough, but you may be
surprised at how many things you can fit into a weekend.
Cheat on your diet. Weekend is the perfect time to forget that you are
on a diet. Pamper yourself with your favorite food and drinks. But try
not to abuse it; it may be difficult to return to the normal every day
diet.
Have dinner at a new restaurant. Instead of having dinner at the same
restaurants and cafes every day, it is adventurous to go visit a new
restaurant every weekend.
Cook something new for dinner. This is the perfect way to save money and
have a good weekend. Cook something delicious and invite your friends
and family to enjoy the good food and company.
Go to a live orchestra or theater. Find out where there is live music
played, and then go there! It could be clubs, bars, or any area of your

Dance or go to a karaoke bar. As you know, dance is a great way to
actively spend the weekend with your friends. Go to your favorite dance

Go to the bar. Gather all your best friends and go to your favorite bar.

alcoholic beverages, because the consequences could be awful and you
might just spoil your weekend.
Take a little trip. Weekend is the perfect time for a little trip with
family and friends. Just go somewhere and enjoy nature and a friendly
atmosphere. It can be just a simple barbecue in the park.
Just sleep. Though you may want to celebrate the weekend in the most
active way, your body may just not be ready for it. After a difficult
and stressful work week a very good option would be a relaxing long

Massage at a spa-salon. A massage will help your body to relax. Just
schedule a weekend trip to the spa-salon and relax your mind and body.

care of your skin, relieve stress and just enjoy the nice company.
Make love. Your intense, full of events, every day life can interfere
with your relationship with your partner. Therefore, the weekend is the
